Someone (a contact of mine) wrote To Premier recently because AGAIN Premier were asking for financial support. This was their email, followed by Premier's reply which clearly states they are ecumenical (as if that wasn't already obvious).
"I cannot support Premier. I will give the reason and it applies to most of Christian broadcasting in these days.
For a long time now, Premier have compromised their position to those who provide its finances. You have become dominated by the influence of Rome and ecumenism.
The Vatican II ecumenical mandate to infiltrate evangelical churches in order to bring the “separated” christians back into the Catholic fold, is clearly working.
Financially abundant ecumenical groups like Word of faith, NAR (eg IHOP), and other false "works" groups like new calvinism and Catholic churches are the ones with the most financial clout. It is obvious that they have virtually taken over most of christian tv and radio media channels with all their wild and wacky heresies, blasphemies and behaviour.
THESE are bringing the true faith into disrepute with such godless antics and lying visions. These seem to be who Paul was referring to in 1 Timothy 6:5 “men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself”
This is why I oppose Premier. I would be very happy to see/support you if you would be so courageous as to step out from all this and stand up for the true gospel and the unadulterated Word of God, even at the risk of losing support (a good thing) from the false groups who are keeping you preaching error to the body of Christ and simply trust God for the finances like George Muller did over 150 years ago.
Instead of being all encompassing allowing leaven to spread like wildfire, it would be great if you would refuse any individual who is or comes from an ecumenical or faulty background to teach on your airwaves. If Premier is to be properly effective for Jesus (in these last days) it needs to stand up for the truth unapologetically, being careful to teach the unadulterated Word of God and weed out anything with any appearance of evil.
If I see that, then you can be sure that I would applaud, rather than criticise you.
Some discuss that unity is the most important thing. Is that true? Unity (ecumenism) with Rome and/or other religions or with false Christian groups who are also joined to Rome and/or new age is a FALSE unity. The bible teaches us to come out of such false unity.
True unity is true born again believers fellowshipping together in Spirit and in TRUTH, “how blessed it is when BROTHERS dwell together in unity, for there the Lord commands the blessing". There can NEVER be Holy Spirit unity when the truth is compromised for the sake of peace.

Premier Christian Radio has great influence amongst Christians in the UK (in particular in London where it first operated). It is mostly heavily subscribed financially by Kingsway International Community Church ie KICC (which is a Word of Faith church) and the Roman Catholics, so has become VERY ecumenical (and New Age ideas are promoted on the digital radio and on its website). It seeks to unite Evangelicals, Protestants and Catholics by presenting mixed programmes, but is primarily Catholic, new age and ecumenical, presenting some very weird stuff and promoting heretical Christian groups. As a high percentage of Christians in England listen to the station they are being badly influenced (brainwashed) in this ecumenical drive.

Over here in the US, I am sure you are familiar with the TBN network -I was talking to a person about a preacher they follow who appears on this network. They told me that he is scripturally sound and he is just trying to get his message out - I am very leary of this, as we are told that "light has no fellowship with darkness".
I personally would steer clear of any such broadcast of anyone that fellowships with these crooks (as this preacher appears on other's shows and at conferences)
Am I being too harsh? What are your thoughts?

Yes, I have heard much about TBN. Don't they control the God channel? Premier Christian Radio often entertains preachers who appear on the God channel(or should we say god channel?).
Any Christian grounded in the Bible with a "real" relationship with Jesus will recognise the nonsense on their shows. However, they could be very dangerous for new born babes in Christ.
I do not believe it is harsh to expose evil men, especially those who try to distort the true faith.
All the apostles did it and we were also instructed (by Paul in Ephesians 5) to expose the fruitless deeds of darkness.
"11Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. 12For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. 13But everything exposed by the light becomes visible, 14for it is light that makes everything visible."
Regards those who fellowship with such people. It is possible that individuals are sincerely seeking God but have not yet learnt how to discern the fakes.
We need to be gentle with such people and try to convince them that they are following false teachers. They may or may not listen, but at least we tried to warn them.
I have seen (rarely though) the occasional good material. But isn't that how satan works? He gets people interested with some "truth" and then plasters them with poison.
Who was the preacher? Maybe I know of them and could advise if they are sound or not or at least I could investigate by checking them out and then let you know.
